Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, All Trove of Tea items - whether physical or digital - are FINAL SALE!

This includes:

• Physical products (tea, teaware, gift sets, favors, accessories)
• Digital downloads (journals, printables, guides, and digital resources)

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

Order Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been delivered. 

Physical orders may be cancelled and refunded at any time before shipping. Once a physical order has shipped, it is considered fulfilled and is final sale!

Please inspect your physical order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged, an missing item, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
