At Trove of Tea, every order is thoughtfully and carefully prepared and packaged with care. We offer flexible USPS shipping options, allowing you to select the shipping service that best suits your needs.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are automatically calculated by USPS at checkout based on your order's weight, package details, shipping destination, and selected delivery service.

Shipping options are summarized below:

FREE Economy Shipping on Orders Over $75

Enjoy FREE Economy Shipping on qualifying orders over $75 shipped within the contiguous United States.

  • The minimum purchase amount is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.
  • Economy Shipping is fulfilled using a cost-effective shipping service selected by Trove of Tea. Shipping carriers and services may vary depending on the package's size, weight, and destination.
  • USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express are available at their calculated rates.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are excluded from free shipping.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, noncontiguous United States, and U.S. Territories, including:

  • Contiguous United States: All 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.
  • Noncontiguous United States: Alaska and Hawaii.
  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, shipping destination, and selected USPS shipping service. Available shipping methods may vary by destination.

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the destinations listed above.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after an order is placed.

During sales, holidays, and busy seasonal periods, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, during normal business hours (Central Time).

Orders are primarily shipped via USPS. In certain circumstances, we may use UPS or another carrier when necessary.

If an unexpected fulfillment or shipping delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery information.

Please provide an accurate email address during checkout to receive shipping notifications.

You may also track your shipment through our Track Your Order page.

*Transit and Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Trove of Tea. Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

We recommend placing orders well in advance of special events or occasions.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or tracking updates have stopped, please contact us so we can assist you.

We allow 21 business days of transit time before a package that has stopped receiving tracking scans may be considered lost and eligible for refund review.

Refund eligibility will be determined after reviewing the shipment's tracking history and circumstances. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us because the shipping address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will gladly reship the package. Purchaser is responsible for reshipping charges. 

If a package is refused by the recipient there will be a $25.00 restocking fee subtracted from the refund amount.
