Shipping Policy

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all continental U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 will incur shipping charges paid by the purchaser. Shipping costs vary and will be calculated at checkout. 

We can only accept orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order was submitted. Orders are fulfilled and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays) during normal business hours (Central Standard Time). Orders will be shipped via USPS. In certain cases, we may use UPS or another carrier as needed.

In the event of an unexpected delay with shipping, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Delivery

Once orders are shipped, Delivery is estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days from the shipping date. Once your order ships, a tracking number(s) will be created and provided via email. Please provide an accurate email address during ordering if you would like to track your order. 

We allow 21 days of transit time before a package is considered lost and eligible for refund in the event that it has stopped scanning.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us because the shipping address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package. Purchaser is responsible for reshipping charges. 

If a package is refused by the recipient there will be a $20.00 restocking fee subtracted from the refund amount.
